Description : Butyl Reclaim | RK-BR 100
It is manufactured by treating ground vulcanized scrap Butyl Inner Tubes with heat in the presence of chemical agents to devulcanize it. Intense mechanical works is then done in refiners. Butyl Reclaim can be further compounded, processed and revulcanized for manufacturing Butyl Inner Tubes, Tire Inner Liners, Cable compounds, Adhesives etc.

We also manufacture Reclaim Rubber with customized specifications as needed.
Packaging :
- 50 kg bales of dimension 24” x 16” x 9.5” wrapped in Polypropylene (PP) sheets. Each bale consists of 10 reclaim rubber slabs.
- The size of reclaim rubber slabs and bales and the type of wrapping may be customized as needed.
